$WIF listed on Bybit spot in April?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the crypto token dogwifhat ($WIF) is listed for spot purchase on Bybit by April 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be Bybit, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
