$PEPE spot listed on Coinbase in April?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the crypto token Pepe Coin (PEPE) is listed for spot purchase on Coinbase by April 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be Coinbase, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
