U.S. drop charges against Assange before June?

Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, faces 17 charges under the Espionage Act and one charge of computer misuse by the United States. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the United States government officially drops all charges against Julian Assange by May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from the Department of Justice and information from the Government of the United States of America, however, a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
