Will Ukraine take the Kursk Nuclear Plant by Aug 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Ukrainian forces take control of the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant in Russia by 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2024. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be video or photo evidence confirming that Ukrainian forces are in control of the plant however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
