Will Trump admit 'Operation Warp Speed' was his fault?

Trump publicly states "Operation Warp Speed' failed, and that its failure was his own fault, by August 25, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official statements from Trump and/or his official representative(s), however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
