Will Binance or Bybit list $MOODENG by Friday?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if $MOODENG (https://dexscreener.com/solana/22wrmytj8x2trvqen3fxxi2r4rn6jdhwomtpssmn8rud) is listed for spot purchase on either Bybit.com or Binance.com by October 4, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be bybit.com and Binance.com, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
