Will Hooters file for bankruptcy before June?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Hooters of America officially files for bankruptcy of any variety between February 21, and May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. An announcement of a planned or future filling will not qualify, Hooters of America must actually file for bankruptcy. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
