Will Trump sign Bitcoin reserve executive order Friday?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump issues any executive order that aims to create a Bitcoin reserve on March 7, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market will use the federal register as the resolution source (https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders).
