Diddy found guilty of sex trafficking?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Sean "Diddy" Combs is convicted of sex trafficking or a directly related felony charge arising from the same conduct, in the ongoing UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. SEAN COMBS (Case No. 1:24-cr-00542) by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Qualifying, qualifying convictions include: -Conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 1591 (Sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion) -Conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 1962 (RICO) only if the predicate acts proven at trial include sex trafficking -Any other felony conviction explicitly tied to sex trafficking as part of the factual basis for the conviction, as confirmed by the court’s judgment or credible reporting Convictions for unrelated RICO predicate acts (e.g. drug trafficking, bribery, obstruction of justice (if not tied to sex trafficking), assault, kidnapping, or other crimes will not qualify. If the case ends due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, a dismissal, or results in any situation in which no judgment is rendered by the court, this market will resolve to "No". If there is a mistrial, this market will stay open until the resolution date (Dec 31) to consider further retrials. If no qualifying conviction has been reached by December 31, 2025, this market will resolve to “No”. This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market. The primary resolution source will be an official judgment delivered by the ruling court; however, other credible reporting may be used to determine whether the conviction meets the criteria above.
