Another New Orleans inmate captured by Wednesday?

On Friday, May 16, ten inmates escaped from a jail in New Orleans. Four have since been captured, however six remain at large. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be information from relevant government authorities.
