Will Trump sign an NIL executive order by September 1?

This polymarket will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump signs and publicly issues an executive order related to student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) compensation by September 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. The executive order must be formally published by the White House or official government sources and must specifically address NIL compensation for student-athletes to qualify. Mentions of NIL in unrelated contexts will not qualify. Executive actions that are not formal executive orders (e.g. statements, memos, press comments) will not qualify for this market. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
