Will an American win the men’s race at Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc?

This is a market on whether an American will win the men’s Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc scheduled to begin on August 27, 2021, at 11:00 AM ET. Note, this market only concerns the results of the ~106.5 mile / 171.5 km “UTMB” race and not any of the other races associated with this event (CCC, OCC, TDS, etc.). This market will resolve according to official results from UTMB organizers. The winner of UTMB will be the competitor in the “SEH” category (men’s race) with the “Class” of 1. Their nationality will be determined by the “Nationality” label for that runner. If the website is unavailable at resolution or if results are not posted at that time, additional resolution sources including official streaming footage and news sources will be used to determine the outcome. This market will resolve to “Yes” if an American man wins the UTMB race, and “No” otherwise. If the race is, for any reason, postponed, the same market resolution conditions will apply whenever the race is rescheduled. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
