Will David Hockney’s “A Neat Lawn” sell for more than $18M at Phillips?

This is a market on the final hammer price for David Hockney’s “A Neat Lawn” (Lot 13), which is scheduled to be auctioned at Phillips 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale on June 23, 2021 (https://www.phillips.com/detail/david-hockney/NY010321/13). This market will resolve to “Yes” if the final hammer price at auction exceeds $18,000,000 and “No” otherwise. Note this is a market on the final hammer price at the live auction, which does not include buyer’s premium, fees, or taxes, and is not equivalent to “Sold For” price as listed on Phillips’ website. When the auction is live, there will be a live video feed broadcasting the auction, which can be accessed through the Phillips website (https://www.phillips.com/auctions/auction/NY010321). In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
