This market will resolve to “Yes” if the price of Ethereum (ETH) reaches $5000.00 as per Coingecko (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/ethereum, 'high' price) before December 31 2021, 11:59:59 PM ET, and “No” otherwise.
