Will the NYC Democratic mayoral first round leader also win the primary?

This is a market on whether the NYC Democratic mayoral first round leader will also win the primary. This market will resolve to “Yes” if the person receiving the most votes in the first round of the ranked choice voting process in the NYC Democratic mayoral primary also finishes with the most votes in the last reallocation of the ranked choice voting process, and “No” otherwise. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
