Will a second union vote be approved by the NLRB at the Bessemer Amazon Warehouse before October 15, 2021?

This is a market on whether the National Labor Relations Board will approve a second union vote at the Amazon fulfillment center in Bessemer, Alabama before October 15, 2021. The board’s recommendation must overcome legal contests before the resolution date. This market will resolve to “Yes” if the NLRB permits, without an ongoing legal contest, the center’s workers to engage in a second union vote on or before October 14, 2021, 11:59:59 PM ET, and “No” otherwise. The resolution source for this market will be an official and uncontested board decision by the NLRB that permits a second union vote: (https://www.nlrb.gov/cases-decisions/decisions/board-decisions), (https://www.nlrb.gov/case/10-RC-269250). In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved in good faith at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
