Will Vladimir Putin become a defendant in the ICC (International Criminal Court) before 2023?

This market asks whether Vladimir Putin will become a defendant in a case prosecuted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) before January 1, 2023. If Vladimir Putin becomes the defendant in a case prosecuted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) before January 1, 2023, 12:00:00 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, to become a defendant of the ICC means to have charges filed or confirmed against an individual in question, in this case Vladimir Putin, by the Court. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the International Criminal Court (https://www.icc-cpi.int/Pages/defendants-wip.aspx), however other credible media may be used.
