Will Medina Spirit be disqualified from the 2021 Kentucky Derby by October 15?

This is a market on whether Medina Spirit, who failed a post-race drug test, will be disqualified from the 147th Kentucky Derby, before October 15, 2021, 12:00 PM ET, the resolution date. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Medina Spirit is disqualified from the 2021 Kentucky Derby, as verified in the upload of an official ruling by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission Stewards against trainer Robert Baffert to their website at https://khrc.ky.gov/new_bulletin.aspx?bullid=2 on or before the resolution date. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. In the event of ambiguity in terms of the market outcome, the market will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Markets Integrity Committee (MIC).
