Will the Air Quality Index in Los Angeles be 60 or higher on November 1st?

This market will resolve to “Yes”, if the AQI in Central Los Angeles for November 1st is equal or higher than 60, and “No” otherwise. The resolution source will be AirNow - U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's project, measuring and reporting Air Quality Index, https://www.airnow.gov/?city=Los%20Angeles&state=CA&country=USA. The data used is by clicking “Recent Trends”, and hovering over Nov 1st under the bar chart titled “Week” at the check time. The check time will be at 12:00 PM ET, November 2.
