Will the Air Quality Index in Los Angeles be 65 or higher on November 18th?

This market will resolve to “Yes”, if the AQI in Central Los Angeles for November 18th is equal or higher than 65, and “No” otherwise. The resolution source will be AirNow - U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's project, measuring and reporting Air Quality Index, https://www.airnow.gov/?city=Los%20Angeles&state=CA&country=USA. The data used is by clicking “Recent Trends”, and hovering over Nov 18th under the bar chart titled “Week” at the check time. The check time will be at 12:00 PM ET, November 19, 2021.
