Will Manchester United F.C. announce their new manager by December 2?

If on or before December 2, 7 PM ET, Manchester United Football Club announces who will be the new manager of their first soccer team, this market resolves to "Yes". If no such announcement is made by the club's officials by the resolution date this market resolves to "No". NOTE: If the announcement states that the new coach is temporary until another one is found, this market will resolve to "No". Already appointed interim manager Michael Carrick will not be considered for the purposes of this market.
