Paul Finebaum announces Alabama Senate run by December 31?

ESPN's Paul Finebaum recently stated he was considering running for a US Senate seat in Alabama. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from Paul Finebaum or his representative(s); however, a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
