Will a South Korean team win LOL Worlds 2022?

The 2022 Season World Championship (Worlds 2022) is the conclusion of the 2022 League of Legends esports season. The tournament is being held in North America this year. It began on September 29 and is scheduled to conclude on November 5, 2022. 24 teams have been competing over a $2,225,000 initial prize pool. The prize for first place is 22% of the final prize pool, $489,500, and the Summoner's Cup trophy. This market will resolve to "Yes" if an esports team from the Republic of Korea (South Korea) wins 1st place in the League of Legends 2022 Season World Championship. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The South Korean teams presently in competition for the 2022 Season World Championship are T1, DWG KIA, DRX, and Gen.G. If the winner of the 2022 Season World Championship is not determined by November 26, 2022 ET, this market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is official information provided directly from Riot Games (e.g. lolesports.com) and official footage of the tournament, however other credible reporting may be used.
