Will Genesis announce it is filing for bankruptcy by EOY?

On November 16, 2022, following the FTX collapse, Genesis announced via its verified Twitter account that a high volume of withdrawal requests had exceeded its current liquidity (https://twitter.com/GenesisTrading/status/1592867206722859008?s=20&t=kGYoBDXoEun8TVEvNtfT_Q). As a result, withdrawals from the company were paused. Reporting released on November 21 claimed the company is "warning potential investors that it may need to file for bankruptcy if its efforts [at raising capital] fail" (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-11-21/crypto-firm-genesis-warns-of-possible-bankruptcy-without-funding?leadSource=uverify%20wall). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Genesis (https://genesistrading.com/) announces that it will file for bankruptcy, is filing for bankruptcy, or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by December 31, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market will resolve to "Yes" if any subsidiary of Genesis announces that it will file for bankruptcy, is filing for bankruptcy, or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by the resolution date. For a positive resolution to this market to occur, Genesis need only announce that it will file for bankruptcy, is filing for bankruptcy, or has filed for bankruptcy by the resolution date, regardless of if or when the actual filing occurs. An "announcement by Genesis" must be made through any of their official or verified channels (e.g. https://genesistrading.com/, https://twitter.com/genesistrading, etc.), as a recorded or written statement by their CEO, legal representation, or other individual or team which officially represents Genesis. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used to determine whether Genesis has issued such an announcement.
