Will George Santos resign by January 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if George Santos resigns or definitively announces he has resigned, is resigning, or will resign as Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from New York's 3rd district by January 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If George Santos resigns before this market's end date, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes". If George Santos definitively announces before this market's end date he has resigned, is resigning, or will resign, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes", regardless of whether Mr. Santos ever actually resigns. This market may not resolve to "No" until the end date passes and George Santos has neither resigned nor announced that he has resigned, is resigning, or will resign. The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from George Santos or his representative(s), however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
