Will Coinbase resume USDC redemptions by Monday night?

On Friday, March 10, Coinbase sent out the following statement: "We are temporarily pausing USDC:USD conversions over the weekend while banks are closed. During periods of heightened activity, conversions rely on USD transfers from the banks that clear during normal banking hours. When banks open on Monday, we plan to re-commence conversions." This market will resolve to "Yes" if Coinbase resumes USDC:USD conversions by March 13, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."
