Will Coinbase announce XRP relist by July 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if coinbase.com announces it will list $XRP by July 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For a "Yes" resolution it is only necessary that Coinbase announces by July 31 that it will relist $XRP, regardless of whether it relists the token within this market's timeframe.
