Will Biden visit Hawaii by Friday?

On Tuesday, August 15, President Biden stated "My wife, Jill, and I are going to travel to Hawaii as soon as we can" in wake of the state's disastrous fires. This market will resolve to "Yes" if President Biden visits Hawaii by Friday, August 18, 2023, 11:59 PM HST (Hawaii Standard Time). Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." For the purposes of this market, a "visit" is defined as Biden physically stepping onto Hawaiian land. The resolution source will be official information from the US government as well as a consensus of credible reporting.
