Will there be widespread flooding in LA?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if there is widespread flooding in Los Angeles County as a result of Tropical Storm Hilary. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". This market's resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting published before August 23, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. This market may resolve to "Yes" immediately if the resolution criteria are met.
