Will Logan Paul refund CryptoZoo investors by October 14?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if CryptoZoo refunds at least $1,000,000 of investors' money by October 14, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
