Will the Poloniex hacker return the stolen funds by Nov 17?

On November 10, 2023, Poloniex was hacked for around $120 million dollars. Shortly afterwards Justin Sun tweeted to the unknown hacker that they have 7 days to return the funds before engaging law enforcement (see https://twitter.com/justinsuntron/status/1722951876986204259). This market will resolve to "Yes" if at least 80% of the money hacked from Poloniex is returned by Nov 17, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Poloniex and Justin Sun, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
