Will Israel start flooding Hamas tunnels by December 15?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israel begins flooding Hamas tunnels with seawater by December 15, 2023, 11:59 IST (Israel Standard Time, GMT+2). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be announcements by the State of Israel, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
