Will Tucker Carlson interview Putin in February?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tucker Carlson interviews Vladimir Putin by February 29, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be footage of the interview and/or a consensus of credible reporting.
